What is the difference between Auto Play and Remote + Auto?

Auto Play is touch-activated and does not include a remote. Remote + Auto also plays automatically, while its remote lets you switch among Gentle, Medium, and Active modes.

Can the remote steer the ball?

No. The remote switches among the three motion modes. It does not control the ball’s direction.

Is it suitable for aggressive chewers?

No. It is intended for active play and normal to moderate chewing, not aggressive power chewing.

How long can it play?

A full charge provides up to approximately 3.5 hours of play, depending on the selected mode, surface, and use.

Can I rinse the ball?

The outer surface may be rinsed. Close the charging-port cover before cleaning and allow the toy to dry completely before charging.
