  • Use the fountain in a dry place.

  • Use the fountain on a level surface.

  • Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Some items may be packed in plastic bags; these bags could cause suffocation. Keep them away from children and pets.

  • Do not use the water fountain with pets that are not able to reach the water tray or with any physical disability.

  • Do not immerse the host head part in water at any time as it may damage electronic components.

  • Do not use the fountain outdoors. Check its operation frequently to be sure it is operating properly.

  • Do not disassemble the fountain other than as instructed in this user manual.

  • Only use accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer. The use of accessories not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause an unsafe condition.

  • Do not modify the fountain.

  • Examine the fountain after installation. Do not plug in if there is water on the power cable or plug.

  • To avoid tripping, always position the power cable out of the way of foot traffic.

  • Do not install or store the fountain where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures below 0°C (32°F).

  • Do not use the fountain without adding water first.

  • Power off the device when it' s not in use.

Installation Steps

1. Install the filter cotton into the filter trough.

2. Install the filter tank onto the water storage cover, install the water storage cover onto the water storage tank.

3. Firstly, install the filter sponge for the main engine electric pump.

4. Open the silicone plug of the power port on the back of the host, use the charging cable and charger we provide, and plug in the power supply.

5. At first,press and hold for 5+ seconds to power on.Secondly,press 5+ times quickly in a row to enter pairing mode.You can double press to swich modes.

6. Download and install the TUYA App through Google or other app stores, open the tuya app and turn on the host, and tap it 5 times to star the wifi connection pairing.

Usage Status When The Host Is Connected To The Network.

1. Download from App Store: Download Tuya Smart or Smart Life App.
2. Click the power icon five times in a row to enter the distribution network state.
(The blue light keeps flashing in the distribution network state)
3. Enter the Tuya APP smart operation interface.
Automaticallydiscover the deviceand click to add.
4. Enter the WiFi account and password.
WiFi requires a 2.4g network to connect.
5. Connecting in progress (Connection time is approximately 30 seconds)
The network requires 2.4G when connecting, and Bluetooth needs to be turned on.
6. Enter the home page interface
When the water dispenser is filled with water it will display a green state.

Regularly clean the pump to extend its lifespan

1.Take out the pump sponge and rinse it;

2.Disassemble the pump body;

3.Clean the water rotor with a brush;

4. After cleaning, reinstall it and it can be used.

Main Pump Host Trouble Shooting and Repair

Red light flashes slowly but no water is coming out


  • Possible Causes：
  1. No pump blades installed
  2. Pump blades too loose
  3. Motor damaged (motor circuit broken)
  4. Low water volume in the water tank
  5. No pump tube installed
  6. Pump blades stuck to filter sponge


  • Inspection Method：

1/3. Take out the host and turn it on, remove the pump tube, turn it over, and see if there are pump blades or if it rotates. If it does not rotate, the motor is broken.

5. Take out the pump to check if there is a pump tube.
6. Is the sound of the pump blade getting louder and the water output becoming very slow?

Red light flashes quickly but the device shuts down

  • Possible Causes：Motor damaged (overcurrent protection)

  • Inspection Method：Flash red quickly after turning on and turn off

  • Solutions：Contact us to replace the electric pump host.


Infrared sensing distance is shortened

  • Possible Causes：
    The host is placed in a place with too high temperature. (The difference between animal body temperature and ambient temperature is too small, and it may not be sensed.

  • Inspection Method：
    After taking it to a cool place, the sensing distance will increase.

  • Solutions：
    Put the host in a cooler place.


No response when charging

  • Possible Causes：
    1. Adapter damaged
    2. Adapter does not match (may be using fast charging or adapter greater than 5V)
    3. Charging cable damaged
    4. Motherboard charging chip damaged.

  • Inspection Method：
    1. Check the text on the adapter to see if it is 5V.
    2. Replace the adapter to test if there is a charging response.
    3. Replace the charging cable to test if there is a charging response.

  • Solutions：
    1/2. Replace the adapter to test and make sure it is a 5V charger.
    3. Replace the charging cable to test.
    4. Contact us to replace the electric pump host.


Low water volume

  • Possible Causes：
    1. Filter cotton is too dirty and clogged.
    2. Pump blades too loose
    3. Motor damaged
    4. Low water volume

  • Inspection Method：
    Take out the pump blade. If it is easy, the pump blade is too loose.
    Check the amount of water in the water tank.

  • Solutions：
    1. Replace the filter cotton.
    2. Contact us to replace the electric pump host.
    3. Contact us to replace the electric pump host.
    4. Check the water level in the water tank.


No response when touching

  • Possible Causes：
    1. The pump cover may be too dirty and have water
    2. Pump motherboard damaged.

  • Inspection Method：
    1. After cleaning the pump cover, there is still no touch.
    2. The motherboard failure may be accompanied by abnormal lighting.

  • Solutions：
    1. Clean the pump cover.
    2. Contact us to replace the electric pump host.


Short standby time

  • Possible Causes：
    1. Battery capacity is too small (maybe battery life)
    2. Motherboard leakage

  • Inspection Method：
    The battery capacity becomes smaller.
    The host may be flooded.

  • Solutions：Contact us to replace the electric pump host.
