The Standard model focuses on scheduled, portion-controlled feeding. The Camera model adds 1080P live video, night vision, two-way audio and dual-band Wi-Fi.

Can both feeders serve three cats?

Yes. The Standard model can be configured with one, two or three bowls. The Camera model provides three feeding positions. Neither model identifies which cat is eating.

Do both feeders support 5 GHz Wi-Fi?

No. The Standard model requires 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. The Camera model supports compatible 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks.

What food can I use?

Use dry kibble or compatible freeze-dried pieces measuring no more than 0.47 in / 12 mm. Do not use wet or sticky food.

Can these feeders stop one cat from stealing food?

No. Neither model uses RFID, facial recognition or individual-pet bowl locking.

What happens during a power outage?

Both models support backup battery power. Camera and remote app functions also depend on whether your home Wi-Fi remains online.

How do they help protect dry food?

Both models use sealed food storage and a desiccant system to help reduce moisture. The Camera model includes three desiccant packs.
